Proposal of a Company Motivation System

This diploma thesis focuses on the motivation system of a particular company, its development and improvement. The current state of the motivation system and employee satisfaction with it are analyzed based on a survey. Subsequently, suggestions are made with the intention to improve employee satisfaction with the above-mentioned motivation system.

The subject of the submitted thesis is an influence of motivation and stimulation in a company on the labour performance of its employees. The thesis specifies a definition of terms such as motivation and stimulation, determinates motivational sources and stimulants in a company. It analyses the situation of the Backer Elektro CZ Comp.. The aim is to evaluate used motivational resources and to find out how the employees are satisfied with basic motivational factors. In the conclusion of this thesis the changes which should contribute to a higher motivation of the company employees are suggested.

This thesis deals with employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty. With the help of F. Herzberg's two-factor theory, information about the current motivational program of the chosen company and a survey conducted among employees, recommendations are proposed to improve the motivation and retention of satisfied employees. The first part is devoted to a literature search concerning organizational culture motivation, motivational theory, motivational tools and reward. The second part of the thesis is devoted to research and determination of recommendations.

The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the incentive and motivation mechanism on the basis of input data on employees, operations and other specifics of the company. The partial aim is to create a set of recommendations that will help to contribute to better motivation within the organization, thus reducing the total cost of finding and training new employees because of their low turnover. Work includes the motivation theories: the theory of hierarchy of needs Maslow, McGregor theory X and Y, two-factors Herzberg's theory, theory of instrumentality and other theories. It discusses ways and means of motivation in the organization, especially its tangible and intangible rewards, financial and social motivation, negative and positive motivation, etc. The practical part is concerned to incentive mechanism in the education company.

Employee Motivation in the Selected Organization

The aim of my thesis is the analysis of motivational tools in the selected organization and the proposal for possible amendments. In the theoretical part there are defined basic terms such as motivation, motive, theories of motivation, motivational tools, motivational program and motivational tools effectiveness. The practical part is dedicated to the characteristics of the company, its management and organizational structure. The work also deals with employment benefits and incentive program of the selected company. The questionnaire investigation analysis is performed at the end of the practical part. Potential changes to the current needs are recommended on the basis of the evaluation process.
Analysis and evaluation of the work motivation

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the work motivation of employees in the selected organization. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part focuses on defining the basic terms and knowledge associated with motivation. In the practical part is introduction of the organization, the chosen method of analysis and evaluation of the obtained results. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire, which included questions about the work conditions, workplace relationships, communication, and job descriptions related to the company and employee benefits. Based on the results of the analysis are proposed recommendations.
Analysis of motivation and motivational tools of the chosen company

The aim of my Bachelor's Thesis is an analysis of motivational tools used of a chosen company and subsequent interpretation of results. The analysis is devided into several parts. At first, a structure of motivational tools, which are used in the company, is described. Information for this part of the thesis is obtained from data provided by department of humam resources of the chosen company. Then, the thesis is focused on data analysis of my own questionnaire survey. The feedback from employees on motivation tools used in the company, especially employee benefits, is provided by the questionnaire survey. Results of my questionnaire survey are supplemented by results of motivation survey done by the company. The result of this thesis is an evaluation of the effectivness of tools used in the employee motivation. Furthermore the subsequent recommendations for the company are presented.
